Theory of Ethics
A theory of ethics is a kind of explanation. It attempts to figure out what kinds of actions are right or wrong or what makes for a good or bad person or even what makes for a good or bad life. an ethical theory attempts to explain morality as based upon just one or a few foundational values If you were to briefly put forth a theory of ethics, and you had to choose one or two particular values, character traits, responsibilities, or ideas about the best life as most important, what do you think these would be? Why? Where do you think our sense of what’s right comes from? Give reasons for your answer, perhaps by considering your response in relation to any particular moral issues that may arise today.
