Supervising School Counsellors

Locate an article relevant to supervising school counsellors. It should be a peer-reviewed article that has been well researched. Since you will be writing a theoretical approach paper based on a chosen model for supervision, it would be helpful to review the approaches of articles before choosing to see if they fit the kind of supervisor you would like to be in practice. The article review should be 2 – 3 pages, typed, double-spaced, APA format with a title page, citations throughout and a reference page. Include a summary of the article outlining what you learned, what were some of your take-a-ways, how you understand the approach and an application section on how you would use it in practice.
