Consider your workplace and comment on how it is affected by these six psychological requirements that people need to be fulfilled and comfortable making a change: “1. elbow room for decision-making; 2. opportunities to set goals and get timely effect; 3. having an opportunity to express ideas in a variety of ways; 4. mutual support and respect; 5. understanding how the change fits into the larger organization or system; 6. meaningfulness – the recognition that there is some value to their work
