I. EXPLANATIONOF ASSIGNMENT- As you now know,OB has three levels of focus: individual, group and organizational. OB also deals with change. I believe that since the opportunity no longer exists to interview and study actual firms, we can learn most from our current experiences by studying CHANGE.This topic includes much that we have already studied—stress, leadership, learning and adaptation, perception, group interaction. and of course, emotion.The focus of the required paper is for each class member will write a three-four page paper on their1) first, individual,2) then group, and3) then the organizational level.If you use any news outlet, it must be cited (TV – time, channel and individual reporter), quoted emails, phone & Skype interviews as well as your observations and experiences. However, you must clearly state the context. I suggest the Wall Street Journal and McKinsey for business-related insights.IndividualLevel1) Analyze your personal reactions to and experience with change caused by the pandemic. Describe what you see, think and feel, especially the impact of the change on your views. Do you think you will be different after this experience? How?GroupLevel2) Examine your class, a team, or perhaps social or family group Write your observations and your analysis using class material for an OB perspective.Organizational Level3) Record your observations of UWF or another organization’s behavior. Is it “learning?” What Strengths and weaknesses do you see?Each of your three sections must haveat least 3 direct references (this means the page number in the book or lecture outline page) to a specific concept in the text or lecture points. Each member of the team must write and sign their contribution to the paper.
