Body-contains what is needed to get from problem to conclusion i.e. A) sections are directly connected to the problem andb) all sections combined present a complete and sound argumentation (in case of an argumentative essay)-only contains text that is necessary to support the conclusion-section titles correspond with the content-sections cover one (sub)theme only-no fallacies1.3. Conclusion-is clear and unambiguous-presents a complete answer to the problem-no new facts nor new arguments are presented-problem statement/point of view/research question is repeated, if necessary in an adapted form2.1. Legal Relevance-content is legally relevant in light of the bachelor’s profile-content is legally correct2.2. Level of Profundity-level of profundity is at bachelor’s level, i.e. The student has chosen an approach to the subject by which (s)he has either-described, interpreted and judged the main points of the literature studied orpresented an analysis of existing literature or case law studied or-written a comparative essayessay shows that, where required, several relevant authors have been studied
