SB1 – Identify the program that you will provide recommendations for improving. Explain why the program needs to be improved and define the specific goals you will address. Present evidence to support the need for improvement. SB2 – Identify the market demand the existing program is designed to satisfy. What are the demographics and characteristics of the students in the program? Explain the need for any changes you will recommend as it applies to this population. If no changes are needed, why not? SB3 – Identify the processes used for evaluating teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes in the current program. How is teaching effectiveness managed in the program? Will anything change as a result of your recommendations? Explain. SB4 – Identify the marketing strategy and mix used to drive the enrollments in the current program. Will this change as part of your recommendations? Explain and support with current data and research. SB5 – Identify the learning platform or technologies that are used to deliver the current program and in supporting the online community? Provide an assessment of the current delivery platform as it compares to other options in the market. As a consultant, would recommend a change in the technologies used in either the learning platform, or the technologies used in supporting the online community or classroom activity? Support your recommendations. SB6 – Identify the ethical issues and risks associated with your program. How will you mitigate these issues? SB7 – Describe the cost of funding your suggested technology/program.
