“After carefully reviewing all of the evidence, I have discovered that Caleb has a hole in the heart muscle wall between his right and left ventricles,” he says.
It’s known as a ventricular septal defect.
That’s presumably why he’s been irritable and difficult to feed.
The hole isn’t particularly large, but he’ll still require surgery to patch it.”
Tiffaney is pleased to hear why things have been so difficult at home, despite the fact that the notion of her tiny kid undergoing surgery is horrifying.
