RESEARCH PROJECT Perform a written analysis on a company of your choice addressing the compensation strategies and policies that impact the organization’s • Title page: Centered, horizontally and vertically, Title of report, Name, Course and Term, and Date submitted Introduction:Two paragraphs that generate reader interest and introduce the company. o Body(5pages double-spaced/1-inch margins):): Include all of the following topics in your research: • their reliance on base pay versus variable incentive pay; • the extent to which pay practices are regulated or mandated; • hiring practices; • benefit and or compensation packages; • and any other topic that is relevant to compensation management today. From your research, you will also identify at least four (4) weakness related to your organization’s compensation strategies and policies. How could you aid this organization in eliminating those weaknesses as their HR consultant? o Summary: Two paragraphs that summarizes the information and brings the paper to a logical close. References: o The paper should contain a minimum of five sources. o Excluding,textbook,encyclopedias or dictionaries. o Web sites can beused; however,they must be reputable(IBM.comvs.MikeSmith.com)and sited appropriately. o You must list the complete reference on the reference page. Just listing the information on the reference page without citing the sources in the body of the paper is also not acceptable. NOTE: No images should be included with the body of the Research Paper.
